Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Certain features of the App may be available through in-app purchases ("Pro Version"). By making a purchase:

• • Refund policies are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
• • Pro features are tied to your Google Play account and may be restored on new devices.

The visual design of our Apps is inspired by popular desktop operating systems, but LauncherTrends is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft, Apple, or any other OS manufacturer.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• • You must uninstall and delete all copies of the App.
• • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
